ZAKRES ZADAŃ I WYZWAŃ:
Zdalne prowadzenie rekrutacji personelu medycznego i administracyjnego na terenie całego kraju
Skuteczne wykorzystywanie wszystkich możliwych kanałów pozyskania kandydatów
Redagowanie i publikacja ogłoszeń rekrutacyjnych
Analiza i selekcja dokumentów aplikacyjnych oraz informacji pozyskanych w sieci
Prowadzenie rozmów rekrutacyjnych, badanie kompetencji i motywacji kandydatów
Budowanie bazy kandydatów oraz sporządzanie zestawień i raportów
Kreowanie pozytywnego wizerunku firmy oraz utrzymywanie stałego kontaktu z kandydatami
Wsparcie procesu onboardingu oraz offboardingu pracowników
Udział w innych procesach realizowanych przez dział HR

Minimum dwa lata doświadczenia w prowadzeniu procesów rekrutacyjnych
