System/ Business Analyst
Main responsibilities:
- Analysis of business processes and requirements management
- Business processes modeling
- Systems modeling in accordance with requirements
- Ensure compliance between systems and business processes by conducting a requirements specification phase of the designed systems
- Maintaining the compliance between requirements and technical standards
- Maintaining relations with business partners
Required Competencies:
- Practical knowledge of IT projects methodology
- Ability to conduct meetings with various scripts
- Ability to work in dispersed team
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills for professional cooperation with business partners and all IT organizations
- Practical knowledge of UML notation
- Excellent English skills (FCE level)
- Bachelor or Master’s degree (IT preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in applications maintenance or development including 3 years on Analyst position
