What an expert needs to be one?

For our Client, a multinational company, we are currently looking for
System Configuration Manager

Localization: Warsaw
Job type contract: Perm agreement
Duration: The contract for the trial period – 12 months, then perm agreement possible

Job description:
- ensuring availability of the IT services in relation to the agreed SLAs
- second level support with regards to raised tickets
- ensuring the future development of new functionality
- communicating with technicians and end users
- maintaining the roadmap and securing that the roadmap is followed
- assisting in the development and delivering reports to the Service Delivery Management function
- configuring process work flows based on the standard functionality provided by tools
- developing new features that cannot be configured out of the box.
- handling and coordinating changes and releases according to the company’s change management process

Requirements:
- at least 4 years of experience in working as System Configuration Manager on ITSM tools
- working experience in an international environment
- fluent English written and spoken – corporate language
- extensive technical knowledge
- structured approach
- ability to provide an overview of even complex situations
- strong analytical skills
- problem solving skills
- IT background and detailed knowledge of the ITIL frame work (preferably certified in ITIL Foundation level)
- Innovative and open-minded in terms of quality improvements and good communicator at all levels
- Leadership skills
- able to keep many balls in the air at the same time and work under pressure
