Technical Support Engineer

International company offering services and solutions for business embracive computer network security, software infrastructure and data storage is looking for Technical Support Engineer in Cracow.
The ideal candidate should be interested in networking, security, Linux and technical stuff. You will be a part of EMEA support team with fluent English and Dutch or Italian.
Responsibilities:
- Provide second and third line technical support to our Italian and Dutch customers
- Resolve incidents from our customers and partners
- Solve complicated errors
- Development concurrently priority issues
- Development technical skills
Required qualifications:
- Experience in network support
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of basic networking protocols
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching and related protocols
- Knowledge of network environments and topologies
- Fluent English and Dutch or Italian
Nice to have:
- Experience of NetApp products
- Administration and installation of Windows and Linux based devices and networks
- Experience in technical support department
