Opis stanowiska:
- Minimum daily calls according to preset call schedule over the whole national territory - at least one call per month and customer
- Recover previously lost customer base according to set schedule and maintain them within our dealer community
- Find new customers in new channels according to preset action plan
- Build, develop and maintain a strong supplier/partner/customer focus
- Close cooperation with Marketing to offer constantly new activities and promotions
- Actively support new product launches
- Close cooperation with local Key Account Manager to align distributor and dealer strategy in terms of pricing, marketing activities and tender management
- Get full penetration of the portfolio in the targeted area with specific focus on product groups which are currently not sold successfully
- Full turnover and Margin responsibility for the targeted accounts
- Preparing offers, catalogue proposals and marketing activity plan for the targeted accounts
- BE familiar with the company's corporate structure, products, systems and respect and follow business processes and procedures.
Kogo szukamy:
- Graduate , economy or similar;
- Minimum 1-2 year of successful experience in sales activities via the telephone
- English - fluent written and spoken;
- Strong sales personality with good planning and organizational skills to manage call schedule independently
- Excellent communications and negotiation skills for working via the telephone;
