Temporary Visa Assistant

Opis stanowiska
Temporary position for 3 months.
Basic function of position
This person is responsible for all aspects of processing immigrant visas. Prepares visa cases for consular officers to interview and adjudicate. Using Polish, English and Russian, interacts with applicants to accept documents for visa processing. Takes fingerprints, captures photos, and completes data entry.
Wymagania
- Completing at least two years of college or university studies
- At least two years of progressively responsible experience in an office or administrative field
- Fluent English, Polish and Russian
- Excellent customer service skills
