- Application bug-fixing

- Application deployment as per Standard Operating Procedures
- Processing application end-user requests (configuration updates, basic issue resolution)
- Application support (auto-reported incidents, health monitoring reports)
- Application data analysis (to resolve some of issues reported by end-users)
- Contacting end-users (mostly via ticketing system) to process requests
- Creating and updating documentation and procedures
The Team is responsible for support, maintenance and limited development of functionalities. We are working closely with Tools’ Owners and users.
- Fluent English
- At least 1-3 years of programming experience (C#/PHP)
- At least 1-3 years of SQL/database knowledge/experience
- At least 1 year experience in cloud technologies would be a plus
- Experience with contacting end-user / customer
- Experience on using ticketing system (as a support team member), i.e. BMC (EARS/ITSM), ServiceNow, Jira is an advantage
