- Build strong brands in given channel in line with 5P and brand equity
- Develop and execute yearly Trade Marketing plan based on company strategy within dedicated channel in order to maximize every customer’s potential
- Be responsible for development, execution and post evaluation of trade activities (e.g. loyalty programmes, promo mechanics)
- Create any trade tools to maximize effectiveness of strategy deployment on the market
- Make recommendations for category development at given channel based on prepared analysis using different source of data
- Effective budget management and allocation across customers.
- Close cooperation with Sales & Brand Marketing
- Experience in trade/customer/shopper marketing; category management, or as analyst / key account specialist
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate conclusions into strategic plans
- Proactive approach and ability to work independently
- Communication and interpersonal skills in order to build strong professional relationships with stakeholders
- Well-organized while working on different tasks and projects
- Proven experience in Excel and Powerpoint is a must
- Fluency in English
- Experience in AC Nielsen / GFK would be an advantage
