We are recruiting for a highly motivated and ambitious Graduate Trainee Customer Service Manager to join our fast-growing workshop in Krakow, Poland. The ideal candidate will have experience in working in a fast paced sales environment and will have dealt with high levels of inbound customer enquiries.

BBA Reman has rapidly become an international market leader in the remanufacture of automotive parts, spanning 3 continents and 11 countries worldwide. We have a clear vision to become the world’s largest automotive remanufacturer and the high calibre of our employees enables us to continue to push the business forward. We still operate with a start-up mentality and are looking for the right person to help drive the workshop in Poland to become one of our largest workshops.
This is a highly hands on role where you will be expected to think on your feet, doing what it takes to get the job done. You must be able to demonstrate experience of customer service, particularly over the phone, where you will be offering customers support before and after the repair of their part, troubleshooting technical problems where necessary. Responsible for invoicing completed jobs, you will also be expected to work with a high level of accuracy at all times. You must be happy to get your hands dirty and step up when it is required of you.
There are workshop targets in place in order to maintain and promote first class customer service which if met, are rewarded with a monthly bonus. BBA can offer the successful candidate a competitive salary of up to 4,000 PL Zloty per month, and a generous benefits package including 25 days holiday, plus the chance to work in a challenging and rewarding environment.
Previous experience of working in the automotive industry or a passion for cars would be an advantage. Excellent level of English is a necessity and it is requested that CVs are sent in English, as all interviews will take place in English.
