For our Client, an international company based in Tarnów Opolski, we are currently looking for experienced Candidates with fluent English on the position of:
Training& Development Manager
The Training& Development Manager will be responsible for consolidation of all training activities (from budget planning to effective implementation of training programs), efficient management of recruitment processes, coordination of Annual Performance Reviews, reporting on local and international level (working language: English), coordination other HR processes: internal communication, employer branding etc.
Ideal Candidate has at least 3 years of professional experience in HR (preferable in a multunational environment, technical or industrial), fluent english (written and spoken), excellent communication skills, self- motivation.
