Responsible for a spectrum of activities from communications, risk management through problem troubleshooting, escalation, improvement initiatives, invoicing, cost reduction, budgeting and cost tracking. Accountable for overseeing range of projects and programs aiming at addressing needs and strategy of vendor management (IT outsourcing). Facilitated communication and cooperation between various IT teams and vendor’s global management. Supported contract negotiation, establishing of KPIs, creating and optimizing processes.
You’ll be working in a global team comprised of roles in delivery centers and roles in core locations. The ability to be able to communicate across regions, functions and stakeholders will be a positive.You will support Business Heads to develop and implement vendors strategy (outsourcing IT companies).
