We are looking for a proactive, motivated and well-organized person to support CM Operations unit. Carefully chosen candidate will cooperate closely with Head of CMO, in scope of administrative support, creation of meeting agendas, organizing business events and transportation, handling communication (e-mail, Intranet, Yammer) - and other similar activities. You’ll join the CMO Common Functions Team, being responsible for the following:
- Set up meetings, internal events, roadshows
- Admin tasks (ordering taxis, invoices, documents, paperwork etc.)
- Preparation of PowerPoint presentations with high attention to data accuracy and visual aspects
- Administration of unit’s SharePoint and Intranet sites
- Handling internal communication (i.e. Intranet articles, Yammer posts, Competence Boosts)
- Supporting Head of CM Operations in various tasks, upon necessity
