Our client is an innovative, international IT business, which delivers services to clients worldwide, in cooperation with well-known partners such as eBay, Amazon, Alibaba.
Currently we are seeking for Customer Service Specialist with Chinese language.
After induction is completed the successful candidates will be responsible for supporting clients in solving actual problems related to the Web application via e-mail and phone. Moreover, this person will cooperate closely with other teams in order to create a report on mistakes and avoid them in the future.
The perfect candidate is a fluent (near native) Chinese speaker with technical and problem-solving attitude, strong communication skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
Previous experience in customer service related area would be an advantage.
