Our client is an international banking organization with a Centre in Kraków. Currently they are looking for candidates for the position of Client Service Agent with English.
In your job you will be responsible for ensuring the relationship with a portfolio of major clients is handled properly as well as be their main point of contact. You will monitor their activities and process their instructions in order to ensure the collateral process is executed correctly. On daily basis you will be handling various actions requested by the clients that include analysis, providing solutions, and ensuring all contracts are in line with the risk profile of your clients.
We are looking for experienced customer service (2+ years) who speak English fluently. To be successful you have to be able to work under pressure of time and deadlines, and be client focused person who is willing to develop within the field of finance.
