Your new company
This global, strong and innovative company, one of the world’s largest providers of enterprise applications, is expanding its presence in Poland and just started recruiting in Wrocław. For that reason there are vacancies for Dutch speaking Consultants.

Your new role
You will act as a single point of contact between your company and client, on a day-to-day basis. You’ll act as a focal point for reporting Incidents and making service request and as a second level resolution point. You’ll administer reporting tools for the team, review service metrics and identify the success of services being utilized to recommend and coordinate changes. You will report fluctuations in the SLA levels to Leadership, analyze and review actual service performance against SLAs and OLAs. You will also keep client informed of service events, actions and opportunities that are likely to impact their ability to pursue their day-to-day activities.

What you'll need to succeed
Your education or work related experience (software vendor experience, business consulting experience) prepared you for client facing consulting work. You might also have ITIL certification. You speak good English and Dutch, so you’re able to work in an international environment easily. You have working knowledge of MS Office and strong analytical skills. You have excellent time management, communication, presentation and organizational skills.
