Working Conditions:
- Headquarter: Warsaw as primary place of work
- Willing to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term
- Willing to travel min. 50% (annual) of time and could be more. Travel is required and may be typically Monday to Friday, for some periods during the year
- Minimum bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of overall experience within industry or consulting (preferred) with an international exposure
- Consulting and/or project delivery experience will be strong asset
- Should have worked in the Consumer Goods & Services industry or done extensive consulting with Consumer Goods clients (preferably with large international CPG companies)
- Project experience in business transformation, optimization and improvements across various of CG&S / FMCG work areas at least 2 of the following areas:
- Trade Promotion Management Strategy / Processes / Sales Analytics
- Marketing Transformation / Digital Marketing / Multi Channel Commerce
- Customer Relationship Management
- Commercial Transformation
- Commercial Analysis (with deep commercial experience)
- Consulting and project delivery experience - preferred
- Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken) is required
- Good level of the other foreign (EU) language e.g. German, Italian, French, Spanish would be strong asset
- Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communications competencies
- Demonstrated ability to manage time and multiple commitments/projects simultaneously
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented and distributed delivery environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
