We are looking for a Corporate Pensions & Benefits Manager to join our Global Rewards team. In this role, you will contribute to the design, implementation, and governance of JTI’s global pensions and benefits programs, ensuring they remain competitive, sustainable, and aligned with our global rewards strategy.
You will act as a trusted subject‑matter expert, partnering closely with regional and local P&C teams, Corporate Finance, and external stakeholders to deliver high‑quality, compliant, and future‑ready benefits solutions across the organization.
In this role, you will:
Contribute to Global Benefits Strategy
- Support the development and implementation of JTI’s Global Benefits Strategy and Benefits Governance Framework.
- Monitor external market trends, best practices, and regulatory developments to proactively enhance benefit offerings.
- Provide analysis and insights to internal governance bodies and Corporate Finance to support decision‑making.
Provide Pensions & Benefits Expertise
- Act as a global point of reference for pensions and benefits, providing technical guidance and education to regional and local P&C teams.
- Review and support changes to local benefit plans to ensure alignment with global principles, governance, and compliance requirements.
Manage Multinational Pooling & Global Benefit Plans
- Oversee JTI’s multinational insurance pooling arrangements, including annual reviews, contract renewals, and service performance.
- Manage global mobility benefits, post‑retirement healthcare plans, and life insurance programs in partnership with third‑party administrators.
Drive Global Benefits Data & Governance
- Lead and support the Global Benefits Inventory, including coordination with consultants, training of users, and validation of outputs.
- Ensure accurate accounting, reporting, and governance of benefit‑related assets, liabilities, and costs
Who we are looking for?
- University degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
- Several years of experience in pensions and/or benefits design and administration, ideally in a global or complex environment.
- Solid understanding of international benefits, including retirement, savings, risk, and medical plans.
- Experience working with external vendors, consultants, and cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Exposure to benefits administration systems and digital tools is an advantage.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
- Collaborative mindset with strong stakeholder management and cultural awareness.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.
