Customer Care Advisor with Dutch
Location: Kraków

Main tasks:
- maintaining daily contact with Dutch business clients,
- providing support regarding the company's services,
- solving queries about procedures and products,
- performing various administrative tasks,
- preparing reports and analysis.
Requirements:
- very good command of English and Dutch,
- Bachelor's degree,
- previous experience in the area of customer service would be a strong asset,
- computer literacy (MS Office),
- analytical and communicational skills.
