The main objective of Your role would be receiving, registering and following customer’s service complaints in line with a standardized, high performing servicing process, building a strong relationship with internal complaint management stakeholders. In addition to above being responsible for the management of Customer Service objects in a timely and accurate manner with clear accountability for data integrity.
- receiving, registering & following customer's service related complaints
- ensuring that all complaints related tasks are logged, updated and followed up in the systems
- building a strong relationship and being in touch with customers and internal complaint management stakeholders
- collecting and analysing complaint data and cause
- looking for process improvement opportunities
- reporting on a regular basis
- Professional experience in a customer-facing position is a strong advantage
- Good command of English language (for trainings, internal communication and administration)
- Very good command of Spanish and Italian (to communicate with customers)
- Knowledge of MS Office tools
- Understanding of the commercial concept
- Strong approach to problem-solving and data analyzing
