Customer Service Professional - German and English Speaker

Summary of Primary Job Responsibilities

Telephone and e-mail administrative, logistic and technical support in resolving server/network issues to German and English speaking Customers/Clients within Contact Centre environment - for big brand in IT Industry.

• Native/fluent German is a must;
• Fluent/good English;
• An intimate understanding of the Windows and Mac Operating Systems, experience with Windows Home Server is a plus;
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of networks and server environments;
• Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and written;
• Must be receptive to feedback and willing to change as client\customer needs fluctuate;
• Experience in CC environment or Customer Care would be an asset;
• Excellent Interpersonal skills;
• Active listening abillity;
• Team work oriented.
