We are looking for a person experienced with Service Desk responsibilities who will act as a Senior Analyst responsible for handling difficult cases and assisting with coordinating the Service Desk workload for a Finnish based client. Your tasks will include:
- Acting as a senior member of the team being able to advise and mentor Service Desk Agents
- Troubleshooting/resolving advanced issues and requests
- Acting as a 2nd line support in accordance with existing knowledge articles and procedures
- Acting as an overflow support for Tier 1 contacts
Our team consists of 20 people working for an oil industry client, providing our special brand of Help Desk service in 3 languages to users around the world. Team members work in several roles, supporting each other in daily activities, in friendly and dynamic atmosphere. Within this team you will have an opportunity to support users directly over our communication channels and cooperate with other support teams.
