Customer Service Specialist with Italian language

We are looking for people for the courier company's inbound hotline with English language skills. Your task will be to answer calls from English-speaking customers, give them feedback on their questions and provide support on parcel service topics.

On a daily basis you will:
- handle incoming calls, e-mail inbox
- take care of the company's positive image
- operate the client's internal systems
If:
- you can take a five-day training from 9 am to 4 pm
- you speak ENGLISH at the level of B2/C1
- you can work 30 hours a week
