Customer Service Specialist with Swedish
Miejsce pracy: dolnośląskie/ Wrocław
Nr Ref.: ICS/04/2017/WRC/KG
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Daily communication with suppliers by phone and email
- Providing information regarding financial areas
- Handing inquiries and complaints from customers and suppliers
- Working with business applications
REQUIREMENTS:
- Very good knowledge of Swedish
- Good knowledge of English
- Proficiency in using computer applications
- Good communication skills
- Ability to organize own time and prioritize tasks
- Prior experience in customer service preferable
- Knowledge of accounting or administrative fields will be an asset
