Job description
- As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for the customer, responding to various incoming requests, solving emerging issues.
- Provide assistance via telephone, and chat.
- Listen carefully and understand customer needs.
- Handling different methods of payments (credit cards, vouchers, etc.) ensuring smooth transactions.
- Building a good relationship with the customer.
Requirements
- C1 language skills level for Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, and B2 language skills level for English.
- An enthusiastic spirit and proactive in understanding the customer's needs.
- High soft skills standards to communicate valuable information to customers well.
- Clever use of PC.
