Your role
Are you detailed oriented? Do you like working with numbers and with large data sets?
We’re looking for someone like that to help us:
- develop reports and dashboards using Business Intelligence tools to highlight data irregularities
- build and execute processes to identify, escalate and resolve data quality issues in our client analytics platform
- assist with driving data quality campaigns, maintenance of data, and other operational tasks as necessary
Your team
You'll be working in the Client Data Analytics & Reporting (CDAR) team in the UBS office in Krakow (Green Office). Our role is to support IB Research business by ensuring the quality of critical data assets and provide strategic client insights that create competitive advantages for UBS.
Your experience and skills
You have:
- bachelor degree (preferably Business, Economics, Finance or Administrative background)
- 1-3 years of experience in a data oriented role with the ability to analyze and manipulate data
- very good written and communication skills in English
- interpersonal skills, capacity to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines
- very good written and communication skills in English
- good Excel skills. Knowledge of MS Access and MS SharePoint would be an asset

- experience in developing reports and dashboards using BI tools (Business Objects, Tableau) – would be an asset
