- Solving diputes
- Participating cash collection activities
- Handling day-to-day activities and refering the most delicate matters to the superior
- Reflecting the status of collection activities
- Corresponding with customers (direct contact over the phone and also by e-mail)
Requirements:
- Fluent Italian (min. B2)
- very good English (min. B1+)
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Motivated candidates without professional experience will also have chances
