For our Client, new launched international company based in Krakow, we are currently looking for experienced Candidate for the position of E-procurement System Super User - Ariba.

Successful Candidate will be responsible for supporting all e-procurement systems users. The role holder will be the essential touch point between system providers and users community ensuring smooth service of the e-procurement tools and systems suite. The role holder will be expected to interface with a wide range of professional users of procurement systems as well as with system providers, Group Procurement management and non-procurement users.

As ideal Candidate should have experience Working experience with E-Procurement systems including end-users support and functionality enhancement. Ariba knowlege is a strong asset. Commercial acumen including ability to translate process and business requirements into functional IT infrastructure solutions. Process excellence methodologies (Lean, SixSigma) awareness. Higher education degree preferably in: Economics (Supply Chain Management) or IT. Ability to prioritise and maintain clear focus in constant ambiguity and change, excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to engage with and influence internal and external stakeholders as well as commitment to service excellence and process improvement. Excellent written and spoken English is a must. Working knowledge of Spanish would be an asset.
