International Paper is seeking exceptional candidates to be part of its
European Customer Service as
Purpose
Responsible for addressing a variety of inquires or requests for services for customers, IP personnel or Business Partners that are the result of an inbound and outbound correspondence.
Services include, but not limited to: processing purchase orders, orders changes, adjustments, and cancellations and general inquiry support..
Coordinate with Customer facing team, Customer Administrators and related departments to communicate and resolve exceptions in an expedient manner.
Key Accountabilities
- Delivering exceptional customer service to our French-based customer accounts involving the following key duties and expectations of the position:
- Understand and execute the customer service level to the established performance criteria – quality, productivity and customer satisfaction.
- A to Z order management – overseeing complete order execution
- Full understanding of account specifics and individual business requirements
- Responsibility for day to day needs of ongoing businesses
- Working closely with local and regional sales representatives in attaining goals and objectives
- Effectiveness and efficiency of order processing.
- Learn and work in a team environment.
- Comprehension and familiarity with product portfolio and IP offering
Requirements
- Very command of French, ability to communicate in Polish and English is a must
- Great communication skills and exceptional phone etiquette
- Excellent written communication
- Ability to process high volume of data accurately and efficiently
- Good understanding of order management processes
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Customer focus, dedication to outlined objectives
- Personal drive towards individual results and team goals
