Currently we are looking for the candidate for the position of:
HR Business Partner
Location: Lodz, Poland
Key responsibilities:
- Supporting managers in HR aspects, especially in the area of recruitment and selection, performance
- management, talents’ identification and development paths definition, reward & recognition practices
- Providing key competencies from the perspective of the organization, talent management and succession
- Monitoring the needs and expectations of organizational units in the area of HR and providing professional
- advice and cost-effective solutions
- Implementation of global processes, tools and policies and supporting HR Manager in their application
- Supporting the implementation of the business strategy by ensuring the coherence of the strategy of human
- resource management
- Advising on hiring matters, changes in conditions of employment, terminating contracts
- Preparation of reports / summaries and analyzes as per departmental needs
Requirements:
- Knowledge of people management incl. planning and monitoring work, motivation and development programs,
- reward & recognition practices
- Excellent understanding of the business context and the ability to move in an international environment
- Knowledge of multicultural environment management
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- Well-developed interpersonal skills to build relationships,
- Ability to independently plan and carry out the tasks assigned,
- Labor law knowledge as an asset
- Very good knowledge of English is a must
- Open to travel at short notice
