For Our client, an international company located in Krakow we are looking for Candidate for HR Business Partner role.
As successful Candidate will be responsible for all HR realted tasks such as recruitment area (creating job descriptions, conducting recruitment processes), new joiners induction, training and development, close collaboration with line managers as well as HR Manager. You will be responsible for overall management of employees documentation for starters and leavers; preparing and administrating files such as contracts, dismissals, medical documentation etc. Moreover your duties will include reassuring the HR records ( holidays, leaves and absences) are prepared timely and accurately, as well as other HR admin ad hoc activities.
We are looking for Candidates with 3-4 years of experience in international environment within the HR administration field preferably on HR Generalist or HR Business Partner position with excellent English skills. Polish labor law knowledge is a must as well as ability to work under the pressure of time and deadlines.
