In this role, you will support the improvement and standardisation of HR processes across SEMEA countries, working closely with Global HR, Regional HR teams, HR IT, and local teams.
You will help analyse processes, identify improvement opportunities, support HR projects, and contribute to the successful use of digital HR solutions.

- Analyze and document HR operational processes across multiple countries;
- Support the standardization and optimization of HR processes while ensuring compliance with local legal and business requirements;
- Participate in global HR transformation initiatives, supporting process redesign, organizational changes, and deployment activities;
- Assist with workforce planning by analyzing organizational structures, headcount data, workforce capacity, and future business needs;
- Support HR budgeting, cost tracking, and workforce-related financial analysis;
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and executive presentations;
- Collaborate with Global HR, Regional HR, HR IT, and local HR teams;
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of HR technologies, including SAP SuccessFactors and other digital HR solutions;
- Coordinate project activities, monitor progress, and track actions, risks, and milestones across multiple HR initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field;
- 2-4 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Projects, HR Shared Services or HR Process Improvement;
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint;
- Fluent English (written and spoken);
- Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, or similar HR technologies (preferrable).
- Exposure to international projects and collaboration with global stakeholders.
