For our client, a leading global financial services firm that is currently expanding its operations in Poland, we are looking for an ambitious and results driven In-House Recruiter to join the Warsaw office .
The chosen candidate will partner with both local team and HR in London to cover a wide range of responsibilities, including the supervision of the recruitment and onboarding process, collaborating with key stakeholders to understand talent acquisition needs and develop effective recruitment strategies, and generating innovative sourcing channels while building a talent pipeline of candidates. Besides, the In-House Recruiter will handle end-to-end recruitment, from drafting job descriptions and releasing new roles, through to managing the interview process as well as offer negotiations and onboarding. Other tasks on this position will be advising the business around compensation, contracts, immigration and relocation, marketing internal opportunities for current employees as well as producing reports analysing key recruitment metrics. Last but not least, the selected candidate will support the business in headcount planning, monitor trends in recruitment, market intelligence and competitor benchmarking and acquire expertise in global recruiting technology platform.
Our client expects 3 years of professional recruitment experience in similar roles, including experience in managing multiple internal or external clients and diverse stakeholders on senior level. We are interested in candidates with excellent communication and relationship management skills and a high degree of attention to detail. You must be able to work independently and possess a strong interest to learn quickly in a truly international environment. Fluency in Polish and English will be essential.
