You will be trained to provide IT technical support to IP offices located in Krakow, Kwidzyn and Brussels.
Under supervision you will liaise with end-users to trouble shoot LAN problems, assists in configuring and troubleshooting data, voice, and video systems, resolving problems with PCs and mobile devices.
- Commitment to participate in 3+ months long program during which you will have an opportunity to work for our IT Support Team
- Provide dedicated support to the user desktop and IT infrastructure for International Paper employees located locally by receiving, tracking, prioritizing, solving and documenting IT problems
- Get trained in and manage internal tools, perform software (image) installation (Microsoft toolf WinPE, ImagX,DISM), servers, network and phone maintenance. Learn importance of data backup and how process is handled
- Day-to-day management and break/fix work desktops, servers, mobile devices, printers, other network attached devices and LAN for all assigned facilities
- May act as the liaison into Information Technology second and third level support groups to assist in expediting the support process
- Maintain documentation for the office, including inventory, ticket tracking, time tracking and assigned project work
- Students of the final year or University graduates with above average grades
- Willingness to learn and develop in the IT environment
- Customer focus and exceptional personal etiquette
- Good communication and listening skills
- Fluency in English is a must, French language will be an asset
- Problem solving abilities
