- Management and administration of communication tools and applications for stores and head office
- Verifying communication as regards complying to the procedures and processes in the business
- Ensure that information flows efficiency and timely without duplication and overlaps thus supporting perfect execution in stores
- Supervising documentation standardization in the country
- Communicating information packages in relevant time
- Training users of communication tools
- Updating procedures, information materials and operational information available on the Intranet
- Maintenance of the Intranet, modifications of Intranet pages
- Cooperation with other departments at the Head Office when creating or updating Intranet pages
- Publishing communication and promotion packages
- Fluent English
- Very good knowledge of Polish grammar and writing rules
- Strong communications, networking and presentation skills
- Outstanding influencing skills
- Microsoft Office user skills (advanced)
- Experience in a similar position will be an asset
