Our client is one of the world’s largest providers of enterprise applications and right now is in a start-up phase in Poland. It is looking for ambitious candidates to built a brand new team!
Your responsibilities would include being a contact between the company and its clients, administering reporting tools, analyzing and reviewing actual service performance, keeping client informed of service events, actions and opportunities in order to provide the best service possible.
To succeed in this role you need to have education or work related experience prepared you for client support work, good English and Dutch, working knowledge of MS Office or equivalent tools and strong analytical skills. You should also have excellent time management, communication, presentation and organizational skills.
