Your new company
For our Client, an international business company located in Kraków, we are looking for Junior Customer Service Specialist with English.

Your new role
Within this position you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients. You will be making phone calls in order to book interpreters for assignments requested by the Public Institution in the UK. You will also be responsible for meeting defined individual/team performance and quality targets to ensure delivery of key business objectives.

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for Candidates with Bachelor or Master Degree and good level of English (min. B2). Previous experience in customer service is not required, but will be an asset. An ideal Candidate has to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills as well as ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
You have to be able to work shifts and during weekends.
