Junior Recruitment Specialist

Main accountabilities
- Cooperation with Hiring Managers in order to define recruitment requirements for each vacancy
- Recruiting and selecting candidates to meet the organization business needs which includes:
- Preselecting CVs
- Updating internal recruitment system
- Phone screening candidates to ensure a proper quality of candidates assigned for each vacancy
- Liaising with job agencies
- Preparing various recruitment reports
- Participating in creation of positive image of the company on the job market (EB activities)
Candidate’s profile
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong interest in and motivation for development in recruitment area
- Educational background related to HR would be an asset
- Previous working experience/trainings/apprenticeship related to Recruitment/HR would be an asset
- Self starter with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Flexible, well-motivated team player with can do attitude
- Good organizational skills, ability to maintain high level of accuracy and to work to tight deadlines
