On behalf of our Client, international company providing financial and accounting services to external clients, we are currently recruiting for the position of:
Learning & Development Consultant
Miejsce pracy: małopolskie/ Kraków

Responsibilities:
- Providing strategic input into the training strategy based on business needs,
- Shaping the mindset of the employees, proactively encouraging them to learn new skills,
- Designing training sessions, reinforcements and organizational development solutions,
- Delivering powerful training sessions,
- Recommending enhancements and improvements of trainings and measuring their impact based on customer experience,
- Providing feedback to the business leaders and evaluating of training programs,
- Participating in shaping organizational culture,
- Ensuring that the processes are aligned with the global business strategy and incorporate local requirements.
Candidate's profile:
- University degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management or related studies,
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development role, training or equivalent is a must,
- Fluent spoken and written English is a must,
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills,
- Knowledge of learning principles, training processes and evaluation procedures,
- Positive approach with "can do" attitude,
- Empathetic, self-reflective personality,
- Result-driven.
