Job Description:
- Validate the orders and remove errors where possible
- Work with logistic and area managers to organize order expedites
- Liaise with Factories & Customer Availability Manager to confirm product availability to the customer
- Respond in a timely manner to all queries from the customers
- Pull Open Order Reports, review and execute delivery orders accurately and on time
- Provide end to end Query management, order entry and transactional activities and serve as the interface between Customers with regard to operations communications
- Utilize agreed upon query management system to track all customer queries and transactional activities
- Provides proactive information to Customers
- Manages Customer queries over the phone, by fax and by e-mail. Where possible Customer Service Representative will resolve issue over phone with client
- Where necessary, escalate queries for resolution to the client
- Ability to collaborate across many different groups and communicate with multiple key stakeholders of all levels
- Shall produce standard and ad hoc reports as required
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and solve issues that arise, and escalate if necessary
- ~1 year of experience in Customer Service/Order Management/Supply Chain
- BA/BS degree in Business or Engineering or 4 years of relevant experience may substitute for degree
Professional Skills:
- Knowledge of Italian on at least C1 level
- Very good knowledge of English
- Strong communication/organizational skills
- Self-motivation
- Results & detail oriented
- Experience in BPO or SSC organization would be an advantage
- Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel skills)
Preferred:
- Experience with SAP or comparable ERP system preferred
- The ability to use your knowledge of foreign language on a daily basis at work (we serve our Clients in almost 30 foreign languages)
