- Representing Medicover before all supervisory authorities and other institutions, and maintaining relations with the medical community
- Ensuring cooperation between business units in the field of: medical movement of the patient "patient flow", the flow of good practices and supervision over medical safety
- Management of clinical incidents, identification of all medical risks and recommendations to reduce these risks
- Supervision of the quality and professionalism of provided health services and their compliance with applicable regulations, principles of medical art and internal procedures
- Introducing new medical procedures and ensuring high-quality service and care
- Taking care to optimize the costs of medical procedures while maintaining the medical standard
- Recruitment and development of medical staff
- Medical education - preferred doctor with the title of doctor of medical sciences
- Current and active license to practice a profession
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a managerial position
- Very good knowledge of medical law
- Knowledge of building standards of medical care
- Knowledge of the principles of healthcare provision
- Knowledge of the principles of granting accreditation - appreciated
- Knowledge of the spoken and written English language at an advanced level
- Ability to play a key role in the medical field
