Payroll & HR Reporting Specialist Central Europe
The main purpose of the Payroll & HR Reporting Specialist Central Europe is to manage and coordinate the payroll, compensation & benefits, budgeting and reporting processes. The person in this position takes care of HR administration, proposes optimization of HR processes and is an advisor for managers and employees in the areas of Labour Law, Taxes and Social Security.
- Preparing data for payroll in cooperation with external provider and controlling the correct calculation of salaries
- Managing compensation & benefits area (salary review process, bonuses, benefits, etc.)
- Preparing HR budget and controlling the usage of the budget of personal costs in the company
- Preparing data for salary surveys and analyzing surveys’ results
- Creating relevant lists and reports upon management request
- Personnel files administrating
- Very good knowledge of Polish payroll, labour law, social security and tax regulations
- Advanced analytical skills
- At least 2 years of professional experience in payroll, HR budgeting, reporting and analyzing in an international company
- Very good knowledge of Excel and a good knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- English and Polish fluency
- Can-do, proactive and problem solving attitude
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accountancy or other relevant area
- Experience with international mobility processes will be a plus
