- Ensuring GBS Warsaw organization is built in the full alignment with agreed timelines and guidance has up-to-date structure
- Taking part in building a culture of recognition and programs related to employee engagement
- External and internal HR Reporting (JSOX reports, HR & Regional Washboards, Statistic reports, Headcount)
- Building GBS organization and updating structures
- Preparing, distributing and supporting employees with any quarries related to local Compensation and Benefits policies and procedures
- Providing support in pension program (PEE, PPO) promotion and realization
- Participating in external and internal labor market and compensation surveys, providing summaries and analysis of market and GBS data
- Facilitating and giving support to GBS Reward Manager during Positions Evaluation process and annual Compensation and Benefits processes
- Analyzing different components of the remuneration scheme in the organizations and preparing reporting about internal equity and external competitiveness
- Implementing motivation programs, taking part in organizing events, educating manager od Compensation and Benefits basics
- You have an University Degree (Psychology, Economics, Finance is preferable)
- At least 2 years of experience with Compensation & Benefits or HR analytics of multinational company
- Fluency in Polish and English (written and spoken)
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of SAP HR is advantage
