Job Description:
AOCS Poland Lead’s Associate responsible for leading the AOCS Poland management office, growing to the role of Deputy Lead.
Key Responsibilities:

Support as an associate within areas of AOCS sales, business development, solution design, operations mobilization and project execution
- Backup of AOCS Lead, during absence of supervisor acting as primary point of contact
- Management office support to Capacity Solutions Lead across functions of administration, legal, finance, people and time management, projects coordination and status tracking, communication.
- Management office support to Capacity Solutions Lead by preparing analysis, reports, presentations
- Learn on the job to grow to Client portfolio lead and AOCS Deputy Lead role
- Min. 2-3 years of experience in BPO environment
- Experience in management associate/PMO role or capacity
- Cross-functional BPO background (understanding areas of operations, finance, governance, pricing, solution development, people mobility)
- Ability to work both analytically and creatively in a problem-solving environment
- Presentation skills and presentation facilitation experience
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, including negotiation and client facing
- Working independently, creatively, following-up to bring entrusted tasks tocompletion.
