Cognizant is an American multinational company providing information technology, consulting, and business process outsourcing services. We are looking for a collaborative, structured and motivated colleagues to join our team, which is working with one of the largest insurance companies in Denmark.
- Work with P&C Insurance policy administration (create/terminate/update private and commercial customers’ insurance policies)
- Manage requests received from customers or colleagues via e-mail or internal systems in a timely manner
- Manage inbound and outbound calls from other insurance companies when needed in case of policy terminations
- Ensure process guidelines are followed and updated
- Provide reports, statistics and updates related to own area of work
- Proactively identify and solve issues in the system
- Review that Customers’ / Insurers’ documents are compliant to existing procedures
- Good command Danish language (at least B2)
- Good command English language (at least B2)
- Strong motivation to provide highest level of customer satisfaction
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment
- Experience in Insurance, Finance or Customer Care would be an advantage
