Project Management Officer

Responsibilites
- End-to-end processing of risk/ compliance and audit management activities/ tasks, such as weekly tracking of time compliance, tracking of (mandatory) e-learnings, block leave policy and year-end agreements;
- Provide guidance on the development of relevant policies and control documentation (e.g. review and publish updated policies or standards);
- Opportunity to closely collaborate with various risk functions and internal audit (e.g. review of and oversight of any audit related activity: reports, management approvals, reminders);
- Responsibility of reporting workforce activities for center of excellence (CoE) locations (e.g. monthly update and forecast of CoE/ workforce deployment activities);
- Responsibility for managing the coordination of job family training events (e.g. maintain channels, event tool administration, prepare materials).
Requirements
- Graduate degree in Business Administration or a related field; alternatively an equivalent education in this space;
- Proven track record of several years' experience in a similar role in a global and complex matrix organization within the Information Technology area;
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills and high sense of initiative;
- Good attention to detail but also sound pragmatism and ability to work with tight deadlines;
- Profound MS organizational skills, familiarity with standard MS office products, as well as a flair for figures;
- Flexibility in dealing with challenging situations, demanding stakeholders and shifting priorities;
- Excellent communication skills in English; other languages (German) would be an advantage;
- Team-player who likes to share knowledge and ready to learn from others.
