- Actively perform and support PTP process activities such as below in required quantity and quality:
- invoice processing,
- payments, reconciliations,
- purchase order administration,
- P-Card administration,
- master data administration
- communication with internal/ external parties
- query resolution
- supplier performance reporting
- Month-end closing activities
- Documentation maintenance and archiving
- Participate in efforts to continuously improve and optimize Procure to Pay processes and procedures to enable organizational priorities and to optimize internal services and overall operating cost base
- Support the design and maintenance of the Procure To Pay process model and the RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) tool design and help ensure consistent application of standard global and local processes
- Contribute as a subject matter expert to implement best practices for tools and processes
- Provide feedback on content and prioritization for future scope, requirements and release of the applications which are used to support financial processes
- Participate in projects or initiatives which improve the financial processes or the applications used to support them
- Provide status of work in process, assist in planning and coordinating execution of work, escalate issues in a timely and appropriate manner while pushing to identify resolutions
- Provide collaboration and production support across Accenture’s global network. This includes global support to end users including answering questions, delivering training, facilitating the transition to latest tool releases from current tools and sharing best practices
- Provide support to the maintenance and development of PTP procedures and internal controls which are related to their process
- Support the creation of business cases and service performance metrics reports, as required
- Support internal/ external audit activities
- Actively collaborate/ communicate with internal and external Accenture and client teams
- Advanced communication skills in English and French, Spanish or Italia
- Min. 1 year working experience in accounting
- MS Office working knowledge
- Flexibility, especially in the period of month/year - end closing
- Ability to work analytically, focus on details and high accuracy
- Very good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
