Our Client is an international company with subsidiaries in 16 countries. The companys main activity is production and distribution of luxury goods. The company has over 500 employees over the world and its turnover in 2010 was over 200 million euros.
Due to the enforcement of company's position in Poland and growth of its purchasing department we are looking for a Purchasing Specialist.
- Build high quality relationships internally, across all levels of stakeholders, with the aim of increasing the effectiveness and positive contribution purchasing brings to an organization.
- Effective understanding and realization of purchasing needs of Marketing and Customer Service divisions.
- Develop, implement and coordinate procurement strategies on international level.
- Develop optimal supply solutions to satisfy company strategy and business needs.
- Drive purchasing costs down whilst improving service levels through an effective procurement process including the management of key suppliers.
- Charge of category.
- Control of purchasing documentation.
- Processing orders in the ERP system.
- Proven years experience (2 years) in purchasing department preferably in Luxury Goods /Media & Marketing Services / Publishing houses.
- Ability to build and manage business partner relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills.
- Good organizational skills and independency.
- Experience in logistic department will be a plus.
- Very good English is a must, other language is a plus.
