• Strong knowledge a record and document management system for Public Sector
• SAP Business Workflow for RCM customizing and operation
• Standard for The National Archives
• RCM Customizing (Cases, Records, Folders, Storage, Processes, Containers, Electronic Desk etc.)
• SAP DMS Expertise: setting up the SAP Document Management System (DMS) structure for large-scale enterprises, seamlessly integrating it with other core SAP modules.
• Configure the SAP DMS system with a keen eye on the project scope, ensuring that it aligns perfectly with the client’s needs.
• Testing and Documentation: Thoroughly test and meticulously document the SAP DMS system to ensure seamless functionality.
• User Training: Empower key users with the knowledge and skills they need to harness the full potential of the SAP DMS.
• Document Management: Leverage your experience in SAP Documents, Document Structure, Document Search, Document Distribution, Version Management, Document Vaulting, Integrated
• Viewer, Status Management, Document Conversion, Document Workflow, and interfacing table specifications.
• Knowledge Management: Set up SAP Knowledge Management and SAP content server, adeptly handling metadata search and configuration, and seamlessly integrating them with workflow
• configuration, TREX, and security protocols associated with DMS implementation.
• Workflow Expertise: Work with standard workflows across MM, QM, and PM, streamlining business processes and enhancing efficiency.
• Archive Link: Establish archive link capabilities to support the retention of purchase orders, invoices, and other critical documents.

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
• SAP Proficiency: Minimum of 1+ full life cycle SAP ERP S/4HANA implementation experience.
• SAP DMS Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience in SAP DMS configuration and customization.
• SAP RCM Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience in SAP RCMconfiguration and customization.
