Recruiter

We are seeking a talented and motivated Recruiter to join our dynamic team. As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent to meet our company's staffing needs. You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making job offers.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals.
- Review resumes and applications, and conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and fit.
- Conduct thorough interviews, both in-person and remotely, to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Provide a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Perform reference checks and verify employment history and qualifications of selected candidates.
- Manage job offers, negotiate compensation packages, and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role.
- Solid understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices.
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other HR software is a plus.
