Recruiting Specialist

Responsibilities: As a part of a recruiting team you will be responsible for determining hiring, developing profiles and job specifications. On your daily basis you will be planning and coordinating the hiring activities in Europe and developing specific strategies in order to succeed in your work. Additionally, you will have to attract and further develop the Candidate's interest in the roles you offer. Finally, you will have to guide the Candidates through the full recruitment process and maintain best relations with the local office and 3rd-party recruiting resources if needed.

Ideal candidate: will have university degree, preferably in HR or related field, a minimum of 1 year of recruiting experience in an international recruiting function. Very good verbal and written English skills are a must (C1 level, not lower). Additionally, proven corporate experience in research and recruiting operations. What is more, the ability to build recruiting strategies and reports will be a strong advantage.
